Introducing the Glossary: Your guide to Moduvo terminology

The learning curve with new platforms

Every new platform comes with its own vocabulary. Modules. Widgets. Workspaces. Integrations.

When you're trying to get work done, stopping to figure out what a term means breaks your flow. And searching through documentation or support articles just to understand basic terminology? That's time you don't have.

That's why we built the Glossary.

What is the Glossary?

The Glossary is your searchable reference guide to every term used in Moduvo.

It's a permanent resource accessible from the Resources section in the footer, designed to help you understand the platform faster and use it more confidently.

Whether you're brand new to Moduvo or just need to look something up, the Glossary is always there.

Find it in Resources

You won't find the Glossary in the main navigation — it lives in the Resources section at the bottom of every page.

Why? Because it's a reference tool, not a feature you need constantly. When you need it, it's easy to find. When you don't, it stays out of your way.

Just scroll to the footer, click Resources → Glossary, and you're in.

What's inside

The Glossary contains 29 searchable terms organized across 10 categories covering everything in Moduvo:

📦 Modules

Core modules explained: Time Tracker, Content Generator, Meeting Transcriber, Budget Manager, Invoice Creator, Tasks Manager, Calendar Tracker, Image Generator, Smart Rewrite, Knowledge Base Builder, Contact Manager, People Hub, and Client Portal.

🧩 Core concepts

Fundamental Moduvo concepts like Workspace, Module, and Module Hub — the building blocks of how the platform works.

🖥️ Interface elements

Dashboard View, Widgets, Favorite Modules, and Quickstart Guide — terms that help you navigate and personalize your workspace.

🤖 AI features

AI Assistant and MODI — understanding how AI helps you work faster within Moduvo.

🔗 Integrations & settings

Connected Apps, API Keys, Color Themes, and Time Format Preferences — everything related to customization and connections.

🔒 Security & notifications

MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), Weekly Workspace Digest, and other terms related to account security and staying informed.

⚡ Smart features

Idle Detection, Real-Time Sync, and AI Credits — the intelligent capabilities that make Moduvo more efficient.

Each term includes a 2-3 sentence definition that provides practical context and examples — not just a dictionary-style explanation.

How to use it

The Glossary is built for speed:

🔍 Search functionality

Don't scroll through an alphabetical list. Just type a keyword in the search bar and find what you need instantly.

📋 Alphabetical organization

Prefer browsing? Terms are organized alphabetically, making it easy to scan through categories.

📖 Clear definitions

Every definition is written in plain language with practical context. You'll understand not just what a term means, but when and why it matters.

📧 Missing something?

If there's a term you expected to find but didn't, there's a contact link right in the Glossary. Let us know and we'll add it.

Why this matters

⚡ Faster onboarding

New to Moduvo? The Glossary helps you get up to speed without constantly asking questions or searching through help docs.

🧠 Reduced confusion

Stop wondering what "AI Credits" or "Widget View" means. The Glossary explains it clearly in seconds.

📈 Better decision-making

Understanding the platform's terminology helps you use features more effectively and make better choices about how to organize your workspace.

🎯 Confidence

When you know what terms mean, you navigate Moduvo with confidence instead of hesitation.

📚 Always available

Unlike support articles or documentation, the Glossary is a single-page reference you can search instantly — no clicking through multiple pages.

Best practices for using the Glossary

Use it during onboarding

Going through the quickstart? Keep the Glossary open in another tab so you can look up terms as you encounter them.

Bookmark it

If you're new to Moduvo, bookmark the Glossary page. You'll reference it multiple times in your first few weeks.

Search first

Don't scroll — use the search bar. It's faster and gets you exactly what you need.

Share it with your team

Bringing new team members into your workspace? Send them the Glossary link. It's the fastest way for them to get familiar with Moduvo's terminology.

Check back occasionally

We update the Glossary as new features and modules are released. If you haven't visited in a while, there might be new terms worth reviewing.

Your reference guide, always available

The Glossary isn't flashy. It's not a feature that generates buzz or gets highlighted in product demos.

But it's one of those small, thoughtful additions that makes a big difference in how comfortable you feel using Moduvo.

No more pausing to wonder what a term means. No more searching through documentation. Just quick, clear answers when you need them.

Find the Glossary in the Resources section of the footer — and use it anytime you want to understand Moduvo better.
